A warm welcome to our website

The property is an immaculate and spacious 2 bedroom bungalow for 4 people, available to let for happy holidays!  It is located within 2 minutes' walk of Trevone's surfing, sandy beach in north Cornwall!

The bungalow comprises:

• hall with pegs for coats
• well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, freezer and microwave
• utility including washing machine and line to dry clothes
• lounge and dining area including TV, Freeview, DVD player and CD player
• main bedroom (kingsize Tempur mattress) with wardrobe, drawers and small TV/DVD
• en suite shower room with shower, toilet and basin
• twin bedroom with large chest of drawers and coat pegs
• bathroom with bath, toilet and basin
• lawned garden at the rear with patio (with table and chairs)
• single garage plus parking for an additional car.

Bedlinen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are provided and changed once a week, but please bring your own beach towels.  Also included are a bath mat for each bathroom, a hand towel and two tea towels for the kitchen plus pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, duvets and throws.

A travel cot is available on request.  Cot bedding is not provided.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 

There is a telephone which accepts incoming calls.  Only emergency calls can be made out.

There is a portable barbeque (Weber baby Q) which you are welcome to use (please take care).  If so, you may wish to purchase a suitable gas canister before your holiday as they are not easy to locate locally.
